Centrale Hypotheekbank N.V. (CHB) is a limited liability company, established in Curaçao on 20 December 1976 by Algemeen Pensioenfonds van Curaçao (APC, formerly APNA: Algemeen Pensioenfonds van de Nederlandse Antillen), Fonds Ziektekosten Overheidsgepensioneerden (FZOG) and Werklieden Pensioenfonds (WP). At present APC and WP are our shareholders.

CHB is specialized as a mortgage bank, currently operating in Curaçao, St. Maarten and the BES Islands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba). We also offer brokerage services for insurance products. CHB is duly licensed by the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten (CBCS), and the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) for the BES Islands, to act as mortgage bank and insurance broker.

The offices of CHB are located at Schouwburgweg 26 in Curaçao.
