Before applying for a mortgage, you must complete the pre-application phase. Once you submit all the required documents, we will process your request and provide an initial decision within four working days. If approved, we will present you with an offer. You can arrange your insurance upon acceptance, and the mortgage deed can be finalized shortly after.

After you complete the pre-application, your account manager will send you a link to proceed with the final application.
