To simplify the mortgage loan application process, we have developed a two-step procedure.
Step 1: Pre-assessment
Before applying for a mortgage, you must complete the pre-assessment phase. This initial phase is a pre-screening or pre-calculation, and offers an early assessment of the feasibilities for a loan arrangement. We have developed an online pre-application module to provide guidance and support in this phase, including a pre-application form. Completing the pre-application form is essential before applying for a mortgage. This step helps us assess your initial eligibility and ensures a smoother process. Once you submit all the required documents, we will process your request and provide an initial indication within five working days.
Step 2: Mortgage Application
If the pre-assessment suggests a fit, your account manager will send you a link to proceed with the final application where you have to submit additional information and documents for a proper final assessment.
